Who Plays Lucia in GTA 6? The Manni L. Perez Rumor, Explained

Rockstar has not said who plays Lucia Caminos in GTA 6. The name all over search right now, Manni L. Perez, comes from a fan theory that has been building since 2023, and as of October 27, 2026, neither Manni L. Perez nor Rockstar has confirmed it.

The latest spike follows an Instagram Live that Polygon reported on October 26, in the same story that notes Rockstar has yet to officially reveal the GTA 6 cast. Here is where the rumor came from, what the evidence actually shows, which other names fans tried before, and when a real answer should arrive.

Where the Manni L. Perez rumor comes from

The theory surfaced on Reddit in December 2023, as GTA BOOM reported at the time and 80.lv later traced. Someone pointed out a facial resemblance between Perez and Lucia in the official material, and others then argued that her voice sounds the same as the character’s.

The second piece is a 2021 interview. GTA BOOM reports that Perez said she was working on a big mystery project, and 80.lv reported that she said she could not reveal more because of a confidentiality agreement. Fans read that, plus her reaction when Grand Theft Auto came up, as a sign of a Rockstar NDA. That last step is interpretation, not a statement from her.

The third piece is an older job. GTA BOOM and Rolling Stone Brasil both report that Perez is credited as the voice of an unnamed blackjack dealer in GTA Online’s 2019 Diamond Casino & Resort update. That points to earlier work with Rockstar. It does not say anything about Lucia.

What IMDb shows, and why it does not settle it

Rolling Stone Brasil reported on August 28 that IMDb lists Manni L. Perez as Lucia and Dylan Rourke as Jason Duval. The same article warns that IMDb pages can be edited by users and that Rockstar has confirmed neither actor. An IMDb credit for an unreleased game is a crowd-sourced entry, so treat it as part of the rumor, not proof of it.

The Instagram Live everyone is talking about

Polygon reports that Perez hosted an 11-minute Instagram Live a few weeks before launch and framed it as a chance for people to get to know her. Thousands of comments asked about Lucia and GTA 6, and she did not say a word about either. Video Games Chronicle describes the same thing: she answered unrelated comments and left the Grand Theft Auto questions alone.

Fans took the silence as a yes. It is not one. Staying quiet fits an actor under an NDA, and it also fits someone who simply does not want to talk about a rumor. Neither reading turns into a confirmation.

Other names fans attached to Lucia

Perez is not the first actor the internet picked. GTA BOOM lists earlier guesses, and one of them was publicly ruled out by the actor herself.

Leslie Lluvet wrote “I’m not Lucia y’all” on her Instagram in July 2023, as GTA BOOM reported. GTA BOOM’s 2023 piece weighed Perez against Ana Esposito and concluded that there is no hard proof that either one is Lucia.

What is actually confirmed about Lucia

Plenty, just not her actor. Lucia Caminos is one of the two playable protagonists, alongside Jason Duval. Our Lucia Caminos entry collects what Rockstar has shown about her, and the Jason and Lucia guide covers how the two fit together. For the full roster, see every confirmed GTA 6 character.

GTA 6 launches on November 19, 2026, on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

When will we know who plays Lucia?

Probably at launch. As Video Games Chronicle points out, a lead performer would almost certainly appear in the game’s credits once it is out on November 19. Until Rockstar or the actor says so on the record, any name is a guess, however good the side-by-side clips look.

Quick answers

Who plays Lucia in GTA 6?

It has not been officially announced. Manni L. Perez is the most popular fan theory, but neither Manni L. Perez nor Rockstar has confirmed it.

Is Manni L. Perez in GTA 6?

Not confirmed. She is credited for an unnamed blackjack dealer in GTA Online’s 2019 Diamond Casino update, according to GTA BOOM and Rolling Stone Brasil, but there is no official GTA 6 credit for her yet.

Who plays Jason Duval?

Also unannounced. Rolling Stone Brasil reports that IMDb lists Dylan Rourke, with the same caution that IMDb can be edited by users and Rockstar has not confirmed it.

Why don’t you show photos of the actor?

Because the story is about a game role, not a person’s private life. Vice Hub uses official Rockstar screenshots of Lucia and does not publish photos or personal details of real people attached to casting rumors.
