These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of vice-hub.com and any related pages, features, and services operated under the Vice Hub name (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About Vice Hub

Vice Hub is an independent, unofficial fan site that provides news, commentary, guides, comparisons, release information, and buying information relating to Grand Theft Auto VI and related gaming topics.

Vice Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their affiliates. Grand Theft Auto, GTA, Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, and related names, logos, characters, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to third-party properties are used for identification, commentary, criticism, and news reporting. No ownership of third-party intellectual property is claimed.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Editorial and Informational Content

Content on the Site is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes. It is not legal, financial, investment, technical, or professional advice.

Gaming information can change quickly. Release dates, prices, editions, platform features, technical specifications, file sizes, availability, bonuses, and retailer offers may be changed by publishers, platform holders, or retailers without notice. Always verify material purchasing or technical decisions with the relevant official source or retailer.

Some coverage may discuss reports, rumors, leaks, theories, predictions, or other unconfirmed information. We aim to label such material clearly and distinguish it from official announcements, but we do not guarantee that every statement will be complete, current, or error-free. Publication of a claim does not mean that Vice Hub endorses or confirms it.

Some images, videos, mockups, composites, or other visual materials may be original editorial illustrations or may be created with AI-assisted tools. Unless expressly identified as official footage or imagery, such materials should not be treated as official artwork, gameplay, screenshots, product packaging, or evidence of a confirmed feature.

4. No Sale by Vice Hub

Vice Hub does not sell, license, distribute, or provide Grand Theft Auto VI, consoles, accessories, or other third-party products. Any purchase is made directly from the applicable retailer, platform, or service provider and is governed by that third party’s prices, availability, warranties, refund policy, privacy policy, and terms.

We are not responsible for retailer errors, canceled orders, regional restrictions, product compatibility, delivery, refunds, account access, download availability, or any other transaction between you and a third party.

5. Advertising and Affiliate Links

The Site may display advertising, including advertising supplied by Google or other advertising partners. The Site also contains affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a qualifying purchase, Vice Hub may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

As an Amazon Associate, Vice Hub earns from qualifying purchases. Affiliate relationships do not determine our editorial conclusions, but you should consider them when evaluating buying recommendations. Prices, discounts, stock, and availability may change at any time. See our Affiliate Disclosure for more information.

6. Accounts, Comments, and User Submissions

Certain features, including commenting, may require an account or third-party sign-in. You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person or organization.

If you submit a comment, correction, tip, message, image, link, or other material (“User Content”), you retain any ownership rights you have. You grant Vice Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt, publish, display, and distribute that User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, promote, and improve the Site.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. Do not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, invasive of privacy, infringing, malicious, spam, or designed to distribute malware.

We may review, refuse, edit, restrict, or remove User Content and may suspend access to interactive features at our discretion. We are not required to publish or retain any submission.

7. Acceptable Use

You may use the Site only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes unless we give prior written permission. You must not:

  • interfere with the Site, its security, or another user’s access;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
  • upload malware, harmful code, spam, or deceptive content;
  • use the Site to violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • copy, republish, sell, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the Site without permission;
  • use automated systems in a manner that places an unreasonable burden on the Site or circumvents access controls; or
  • misrepresent Vice Hub content as official Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive material.

Normal browser use, sharing links, quoting limited excerpts with attribution, and indexing by public search engines are permitted.

8. Vice Hub Content

Except for third-party materials and User Content, the Site’s original writing, organization, design, graphics, branding, software, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Vice Hub and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and share links to Site content for personal, non-commercial use. No other license is granted. Any permitted quotation must be limited, accurate, and accompanied by a clear link to the original Vice Hub page.

9. Copyright Complaints

If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, email contact@vice-hub.com with:

  • identification of the protected work;
  • the exact Site URL and a description of the material at issue;
  • your name and contact information;
  • a statement explaining your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized;
  • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder; and
  • your physical or electronic signature.

We may remove or restrict access to material while reviewing a complaint and may request additional information.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or integrate third-party websites, social networks, sign-in providers, analytics services, advertising services, retailers, and other services. Vice Hub does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, security, availability, products, practices, or policies. A link does not imply endorsement. You use third-party services at your own risk and should review their terms and privacy policies.

11. Privacy and Cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. The Site may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, advertising, consent management, sign-in, and related purposes. Available privacy and cookie choices can be managed through the Site’s consent tools and applicable browser settings.

12. Site Availability and Changes

We may add, change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We do not guarantee that the Site or any content will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, malware, or harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device, account, and data security.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. VICE HUB DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VICE HUB AND ITS OWNER, CONTRIBUTORS, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OPPORTUNITY, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF VICE HUB FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO VICE HUB DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) US $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vice Hub and its owner, contributors, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your User Content, your unlawful use of the Site, or your material violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate your access to the Site or interactive features if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or interfered with the Site or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and disputes.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply from the date they are posted. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, courts having jurisdiction in Kyiv, Ukraine will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms.

If consumer-protection law in your place of residence gives you rights or remedies that cannot be waived, these Terms do not limit those mandatory rights or remedies.

19. General Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect and the unenforceable provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vice Hub concerning your use of the Site.
